• Cancellation 15 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date: No charge.
• Cancellation 8 to 15 days prior to scheduled arrival: 30% of contracted services.
• Cancellation 3 to 7 days prior to scheduled arrival: 50% of contracted services.
• Cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled arrival: 100% of contracted services.
